Activity concerned:Transversal Activity 1: Preparatory Activity
Objectives of activities carried out:The preparatory activity has the aim to produce all the documents which are necessary to start with all the other project phases.
The objectives of this section are to define and agree within the partnership a clear, consistent and complete workplan and the methods, processes and tools to ensure the feasibility of the activities and the achievement of the expected results.
In particular, the activities carried out have been:
• Creation and joint approval of a detailed calendar of the activities.
• Creation of the tools to be used to perform the activities
• Creation of the Project Portal
• Planning of the communication strategy
• The reporting strategy will be discussed and agreed upon among the project partnership

Description of activities carried out:- Review of the project application form and the documents sent by the coordinator, checking the objectives and roles of the Romanian team within the each work package.
- Participation in the internal meeting with the view to discuss and plan the project activities to be developed, verifying the content of the application and the tasks and results needed under each project phase, setting responsibilities for each member of EuroEd team and scheduling the further steps.
- Working on the project application, creating the project Gant chart, understanding the workflow and the implementation steps.
- Checking the management files (meeting minutes, caledars of activities and deadlines) sent by the coordinator with the view of the decisions taken during the partrners meeting.
- EuroEd approved the calendar of activities and took knowledge of all the tools and portal.
- All the available forms have been translated into Romanian and submitted to the relevant stakeholders.
