Objectives of activities carried out:
Phase 3 "Testing of the Database and Toolkit" aims to involve teachers in the testing and exploitation of the Database and toolkit with their students and in a transnational peer to peer knowledge sharing experience.

Project partners will involve teachers in making use of the Database and Toolkit in order to plan, organise and manage pilot initiatives to promote the participation of students to sport and physical activities.

Each project partner will make use of the information and suggestions contained in the Database and/or the Toolkit to organise initiatives, activities, games etc. and evaluate their results.

The testing will be carried out in parallel in the different countries and a transnational discussion and knowledge sharing experience will be enhanced, through the use of ICT, allowing the teachers to compare their experiences and assess them according to a peer to peer approach.
Description of activities carried out:
IIS Montalcini has taken contact with several schools to organise sport events.
IIS Montalcini has organized workshop with partners and has produced all requested documentation.
IIS Montalcini has organized the sport event on 23th September
Four high-schools participated in the National Sports Event: Liceo specializing in Science “ Amaldi” of Novi Ligure (AL); Technical Institute “Ferraris –Pancaldo” of Savona; Technical Institute “Barletti” of Ovada (AL) ; Technical Institute “Rita Levi- Montalcini” of Acqui Terme
- Students involved in the sports activities: 8 teams composed of 20 students each, overall, 160 athletes participated in the event.
- 17 Physical Education teachers cooperated: the 4 Physical Education teachers from the “Rita Levi- Montalcini” Institute were involved in the organization of the whole manifestation. The local and provincial authorities took part in the sports event: the Sports Department of Acqui Terme, the Provincial Coordinator of Physical Education Science of Alessandria; the President of the Rotary Club of Acqui Terme. Many athletes’ parents were present.
- The sports activities have been organized as indicated in the form P3.G : beach volley, five-a-side football, cross marathon and swim marathon.
- Teachers and school directors involved in the organization of the sports event: Claudio Bruzzone, School Director of the “Rita Levi-Montalcini” Institute, Ferraro, Lovisolo, Gatti, Pasetti (PE teachers); Alemanni (Italian Language and Literature teacher), documentation collection and public relations, Piana, Ferrando (Science teachers) and one of the students responsible for videos and photos of the event, teachers and student of the “Rita Levi-Montalcini” Institute.
- The toolkit used to organize the event: student’s motivation; ethics in sport, sport and social inclusion; Sport and life-skills and coexistence between sport and school; and toolkit for school director: coexistence between sport and school; sport and curricular activities; sport and social inclusion and sport importance at school.
Outcomes:
the project activities were completed successfully and many people were able to discuss with the purpose of the project interests
Evaluation of the work undertaken:
all partner schools are very concerned and share the final event to be held in September in Acqui Terme and
the event will be presented at the meeting in Helsinki
partner schools participated in the event and answered the questionnaire. The report has, as required, in the model P3.M
After all toolkits had been uploaded , also in National Language, on the Project Portal, following Project's deadlines the step of testing had been successfully concluded.
