The project is aimed at secondary school students. It does not involve any charge by the participating schools
4. Steps in the implementation of the Project and / or the Good Practice
The project includes a training for teachers and a section devoted to activities for students with experiences of indoor rowing, using the rowing machine, and, subsequently, outdoor water rowing with the use of boats especially equipped for students

• Use of motor practice as an effective tool for psychological and physical development of adolescents
• Improvement of the quality of life
