CASE STUDY

The Context:
I started playing volleyball when I was 11 years old. My parents supported me fully and attended every competition I participated in. Sports facilities in my school are good for making a good workout. Physical education is a subject, which really teaches you - temps will, improves physical and mental resistance of people. I'm definitely for young people to be encouraged to get involved actively in sports.
Balancing Sport and Education:
I spend three hours a day for sport and around four for studying. My greatest sporting achievement was third place at the regional competition in volleyball. My success in school last year was 5.80 - excellent.
Sport and training make me learn the material better. I find a lot in common between sport and studying. For example, both need perseverance, will, good timing.
Without sports my grades in school would be the same, but my free time not so well used. To combine sport with studying one needs balance and careful timing.
Future Perspectives:
In the nearest future I have to graduate from secondary education - I have to take my matriculation exams, state qualifying exams, and apply for university. My dream is to study "Programming" at Sofia University.
I know that for this dream to become a reality it is necessary to dig seriously into books. I plan to continue in sports in my free time.
