Activity concerned:Transversal Activity 3: Quality and Monitoring Plan
Objectives of activities carried out:The Quality Assurance process will include both an internal and an external evaluation as well as on the production of a Quality Plan.
The quality control approach also includes a strategy for the control on the budget and the production of a Financial Manual.
Finally, the potential risks have been identified and a strategy to prevent and, where necessary, resolve them has been identified.
All partners will be actively involved in the activity to ensure the quality of the project, as well as its monitoring and evaluation.
Also an external evaluator will be involved.
Each partner will provide:
- 1 progress and 1 final evaluation questionnaire filled in
- 1 progress and 1 final national evaluation report

Description of activities carried out:The first year of the project;
Kick-off meeting in Florance and second partners'meeting in Paris evaluated.
The second year of the project;
During the meetings in Helsinki and Prato project promoter delivered questionnaires about the project flow and they were filled in by the participants in order to evaluate the flow of the project .
During the teacher trainings in Bilecik we also got evaluations from the participants.
We also want them to write comments to the project portal about the usage of the toolkits created by the project partners.

Evaluation of the work undertaken:Our directorate was satisfied with the kick-off meeting in Florance and the second partners'meeting in Paris. the work plan is ongoing. Our participation on activities are a bit slow because of the summer holidays and the breaks for the religious festivals.
