Project Web Site

The Not Only Fair Play project management section has been created in order to support the partners with the project management.

Guidelines on financial management

The guidelines contain a description of the financial rules as well as templates for the accounting of project costs, models and examples.

Activity Reports
- The activities reports are produced on a three monthly basis by the project partners and directly uploaded on the project web site.
- Yearly Activity Report. The yearly activity report is produced for the final report and contains a detailed description of the activities carried out by the project partnership.

- We have reviewed the financial guidelines and contributed to the project website.
- Two members of staff attended the Kick Off meeting in Florence

- Our accounting team have submitted their information for the first financial report.

Evaluation of the work undertaken:

Due to the late commencement of the project which left us running into the examination and summer break period, we were unable to provide the requirements to the project portal as expected.

The project website is a great portal to capture and dissemination project information - all our required information has been uploaded without issue to the portal. The interim financial and activity reports have been delivered following the templates provided by the Lead Partner.
