Sporting events are organised in each partner country

This section of the Not Only Fair Play portal provides administrative information for the project contractual partners and for the European Commission, and is password protected.

This section allows a constant communication and sharing of information among the project partners as far as the activities for the different intellectual outputs are concerned.

Each project partner uploads to this section on a three month basis.

Objectives of activities carried out:
The Phase 1 is based on selection of Best Practices transnational level contributing to promote
-the awareness of the importance of sport at school,
-the awareness to the social inclusion at school through sport,
-to an ethical approach to sport,
-to a better knowledge of all sports.

The selected best practices will be used as reference and inspiration.
Description of activities carried out:
Bilecik Provincial Directorate of national Education project coordinator downloaded and translated into Turkish the forms below;

1.B. School Participation Form,
1.C. Role of the School,
P1.D Case Studies Template,
P.1.E Best Practice Projects and Initiatives,

by official letters, We announced to all schools in the province for possible partnership on NOFP project,

We gethered with the project team and decided the way how to select 5 suitable schools for the project.
The project team;

After the meeting 5 schools selected for the partnership and Forms 1.A. and 1.B. send them via e-mail and explained how to fill in them.

Forms of these 5 schools are scanned and sent to the coordinator.

The tasks to be involved during the project period were explained to the partner schools.
Outcomes:
Five schools are involved in the project. All presentation forms and participation forms were signed and stamped by the directors and send to our directorate then we had already sent the scanned forms to our coordinator.
Evaluation of the work undertaken:
Partner schools are really enthusiastic about the project and the activities. The documents are expected from schools after the summer holiday time.
