Objectives of activities carried out:

The preparatory activity has the aim to produce all the documents which are necessary to start with all the other project phases.

The objectives of this section are to define and agree within the partnership a clear, consistent and complete workplan and the methods, processes and tools to ensure the feasibility of the activities and the achievement of the expected results.

Description of activities carried out:

In particular, the activities carried out have been:
• Creation and joint approval of a detailed calendar of the activities.
• Creation of the tools to be used to perform the activities
• Creation of the the Project Portal
• Planning of the communication strategy
• The reporting strategy will be discussed and agreed upon among the project partnership
I.I.S. Rita levi-Montalcini approved the calendar of activities and took knowledge of all the tools and portal. All the available forms have been translated into Italian and submitted to the relevant stakeholders.
March workshop were shared and resolved the activities that each partner will have before the event by September.
IIS Rita Levi Montalcini organized the sporting event and produced all required documentation.

Evaluation of the work undertaken:

I.I.S Rita Levi- Montalcini is satisfied with the tools, calendar and communication strategy.
The activities under transversal activity 1 are carried out smoothly and in line with the milestone foreseen by the project workplan.
