Activity concerned:Transversal Activity 3: Quality and Monitoring Plan
Objectives of activities carried out:The Quality Assurance process will include both an internal and an external evaluation as well as on the production of a Quality Plan.
The quality control approach also includes a strategy for the control on the budget and the production of a Financial Manual.
Finally, the potential risks have been identified and a strategy to prevent and, where necessary, resolve them has been identified.
All partners will be actively involved in the activity to ensure the quality of the project, as well as its monitoring and evaluation.
Also an external evaluator will be involved.
Each partner will provide:
- 1 progress and 1 final evaluation questionnaire filled in
- 1 progress and 1 final national evaluation report

Description of activities carried out:IIS Montalcini contacted teachers, students, professionals working in education and staff members, providing them information on the project, presenting the project portal and inviting them to provide feedback related to the points of strength of the methods and results available on the project portal and products available.
The school director, teachers and students were asked to give their feedback .
We updated the evaluation questionnaires spread among the participants of the workshops for teachers and sport event - both initiatives implemented in the framework of the 3rd phase of the project. The evaluation results were processed according to the format provided by the coordinator.
We collected 10 testimonials that specified strong points of the project.

IIS Montalcini was satisfied with the three meetings, with the workshop and focus group, with all the forms chosen and with the Project's deadlines.
