Many face to face meetings with the potential partners around Finland. Regular project presentations for guests and for other interested bodies.

There have been several dissemination events during the last period of the year. We have passed the minimum requirements of the number of events. The project has been appreciated in Finland and new partners have joined the project. There have been both smaller and bigger events, sometimes with only a couple of persons, sometimes with a huge number of people. Few official presentations as we still are looking for the conrcrete putcomes to present.
Filling in the dissemination reports.

New networking events have been organised, like the two day meeting with schools in Omnia 27-28.1.2016 led by Petra.
A close cooperation with SAKUry guarantees an active dissemination and new ideas and approaches for concrete actions for organising sport events and other happenings related to NOFP.
Continuous interaction with the PE teachers in Espoo upper secondary schools by Petra and concret actions for cooperation related to the project are an ongoing process.
Invitation for the representatives of SAKUry to join the partner meeting in Finland (31.3.-1.4.2016): two people joined the meeting both days.
Workshop for the representatives of vocational schools of the Network in Omnia (27.1.2016), presentation of the project and the toolkit; discussion of further cooperation.
Presentation of the Project in seminars and PE teachers' events By Petra and Sari.
Description of the Project for the portal of best practices of the Finnish National Board of Education.
In the autumn 2016 several informative events were arranged in Espoo and Helsinki. The target groups were new students in Omnia and other schools as well as parents and guidance counsellors of secondary schools.
Omnia's representitive participated in two big conferences held in Helsnki in November and had a separate stand for presenting only the NOFP outcomes (Project, portal and toolkits, in the first place).
Presentation of the Project to the members of the Italian Parlament visiting Omnia in September, 2016.
Presentation of the Project to the PE and healthy education teachers in the national conferences in Helsinki in November, 2016 ( By Sari Penttilä), printed toolkits were deleiverd to the stakeholders and the Project website was introduced to all interested.

Outcomes:
New schools and associations have joined the networks. Many new interested, but we are still waiting for the letters and other materials from some of them. OK for this part of the work.

New participants in the networks also in the last period of the year.

2016: The networks is stable and all participants are interested in hearing about the project results and achievements. New events and workshops will be organised in srping 2016, the tollkit materials have been sent to the national partners in the English versions and a special launch as a national workshop will take place in spring 2016.
Spring 2016: Workshop in Omnia, cooperation with other projects dealing with health and sports, Project presentation published in the portal for best practices of the National Board of Education. One new associated partner LIITO ry which is an important association in Finland (=ASSOCIATION OF PHYSICAL AND HEALTH EDUCATORS IN FINLAND).

Many diffferent types of target groups received information about the Project.

Evaluation of the work undertaken:
A lot of interest has been shown towards the project. The theme is very interesting and related to many activities and projects at schools. The documentation process of the letters of interest with signatures ets. seems to be very hard and demanding. We would recommend an easier process, e.g. confirmations by e-mail etc. The hard documentation process risks us to lose many potential and important partners.
There is a growing interest for the Project and for its results as more materials are now available in the Project website. A lot of interest for the toolkits and for the big amount of links for additional materials there.

Linking the Project website to other websites (either organisations' or projects' websites) still seems to be challenging. The problem remains still in June 2016.

Some new links have been created till the end of the Project.
