Transversal Activity 3: Quality and Monitoring Plan

Objectives of activities carried out:

The Quality Assurance process will include both an internal and an external evaluation as well as on the production of a Quality Plan.

The quality control approach also includes a strategy for the control on the budget and the production of a Financial Manual.

Finally, the potential risks have been identified and a strategy to prevent and, where necessary, resolve them has been identified.

All partners will be actively involved in the activity to ensure the quality of the project, as well as its monitoring and evaluation.
Also an external evaluator will be involved.

Each partner will provide:
- 1 progress and 1 final evaluation questionnaire filled in
- 1 progress and 1 final national evaluation report

Description of activities carried out:

Evaluation done during the project meetings. During each project meeting, EuroEd staff members participants filled in the evaluation questionnaire, offering information related to the evaluation of the meetings activities.

EuroEd contacted teachers, students, professionals working in education and staff members, providing them information on the project, presenting the project portal and inviting them to provide feedback related to the points of strength of the methods and results available on the project portal and products available.

Evaluation of the work undertaken:

The activities under TA3 are carried out smoothly and in line with the milestone foreseen by the project workplan.
