Objectives of activities carried out:

The preparatory activity has the aim to start with all the other project phases, and create a staff in the School.

Description of activities carried out:

Creation of the workgroup:
- project coordinator and director inside the school
- teachers
- administration staff
Reading and analysis of all the phases of the project : detailed phases and involvement of subjects
Planning of the communication and recruiting strategy : involvement of the schools , teachers and classes
Planning of the role of the Promoter : according to the Project

Outcomes:

The outcomes produced are:
- The workgroup with specific roles and tasks assigned
- The guidelines to carry out the first project activities
- The communication strategy to involve schools, teachers and students

Evaluation of the work undertaken:

The activity has been carried out according to the foreseen schedule and the staff is using the related products and the parts of the project portal. Now this step can be considered finished
