Transversal Activity 3: Quality and Monitoring Plan

Objectives of activities carried out:

The Quality Assurance process will include both an internal and an external evaluation as well as on the production of a Quality Plan.

The quality control approach also includes a strategy for the control on the budget and the production of a Financial Manual.

All partners will be actively involved in the activity to ensure the quality of the project, as well as its monitoring and evaluation.
Datini as promoter involved also an external evaluator , which had been already contracted.
Datini as promoter involved also an external evaluator , for financial aspects.

Description of activities carried out:

Datini received and translated the evaluation forms.
Datini evaluated the kick-off meeting.
Datini had been contacted external evaluator for a first illustration of the Project in the context of Erasmus Plus
Datini contacted the external evaluator after the recent activities.
Datini contacted also the external auditor for financial aspects.

Outcomes:

Kick-off meeting , second and third transnational meeting had been evaluated. The future steps of external evaluation had been defined.

Evaluation of the work undertaken:

Datini was satisfied with the three meetings, with all the workshops and focus group, with all the forms chosen and with the Project's deadlines. IPS Datini is really satisfied about final conference and final sport event in Prato. The activities went on very well .
