Transversal Activity 3: Quality and Monitoring Plan

Objectives of activities carried out:

The Quality Assurance process will include both an internal and an external evaluation as well as on the production of a Quality Plan.

The quality control approach also includes a strategy for the control on the budget and the production of a Financial Manual.

Finally, the potential risks have been identified and a strategy to prevent and, where necessary, resolve them has been identified.

All partners will be actively involved in the activity to ensure the quality of the project, as well as its monitoring and evaluation.
Also an external evaluator will be involved.

Each partner will provide:
- 1 progress and 1 final evaluation questionnaire filled in
- 1 progress and 1 final national evaluation report

Description of activities carried out:

Inforef received the evaluation forms.
Infored evaluated the kick-off meeting, the second and the third partners meetings.
Inforef completed and submitted the progress evaluation report.
The evaluation report was sent.

Outcomes:

The kick-off meeting, the second and the third partners meetings were evaluated.
The evaluation report was sent.

Evaluation of the work undertaken:

Inforef was satisfied with the kick-off meeting and second meeting.
The progress evaluation report and the event evaluation were submitted to the coordinator on time.
