Activity concerned:Transversal Activity 3: Quality and Monitoring Plan
Objectives of activities carried out:The Quality Assurance process will include both an internal and an external evaluation as well as on the production of a Quality Plan.
The quality control approach also includes a strategy for the control on the budget and the production of a Financial Manual.
Finally, the potential risks have been identified and a strategy to prevent and, where necessary, resolve them has been identified.
All partners will be actively involved in the activity to ensure the quality of the project, as well as its monitoring and evaluation.
Also an external evaluator will be involved.
Each partner will provide:
- 1 progress and 1 final evaluation questionnaire filled in
- 1 progress and 1 final national evaluation report

Description of activities carried out:The internal evaluation of the project’s activities is carried out according to an evaluation model developed by Pixel.
According to the evaluation model adopted, for every single project stage, an ad hoc “Evaluation Questionnaire” has been created, to be filled in by the project’s partners as far as the management activities, information systems, meeting organisation etc. are concerned.
Pixel produced the forms and the guidelines for carrying out the tasks of this Transversal Activity section.
Pixel collected all partners’ evaluation questionnaires related to the kick off meeting.
Pixel is in charge of the evaluation of the transnational evaluation report.
In addition, Pixel is in charge to elaborate the Quality Plan.
