This section allows a constant communication and sharing of information among the project partners as far as the activities for the different intellectual outputs are concerned.
Each project partner uploads to this section on a three month basis.

The project work will be organized according to a structured and clear activities plan. The plans will describe each of the foreseen Phases and Transversal Activities organized according to objectives of the phases, activities to be carried out, formats for the carrying out of these activities and expected results.
For every Phase and Transversal Activity a clear definition of time schedule is made, indicating intermediate and final deadlines for carrying out each of the section's activitites and delivering the expected outcomes.
Also, for every phase a detailed definition of partners' involvement and specific roles will be made.
Templates to be used to carry out each of the project activities will be developed.
The tool used for the project management will be the project web site.
The project Financial Management include the following activities.
-Support each of the project partners in the project financial management and in the production of financial reports.
-Check of the financial reports produced by each of the project partners.
-Production of the financial report of the project to be submitted to the European Commission.
Description of activities carried out:A director and coordinator from our Directorate participated in the kick-off meeting organized by Pixel and Datini. A second meeting will be organized in Paris.
All management forms are received and translated into Turkish.
Project contract was signed by the director of our directorate with the director from the promoter.
Project Meeting Paris-
Project Coordinator was attended the meeting and presentations about the workplan were made by the coordinator. Documents were sent to the promoter.
During the second year of the project;
Project Meeting Helsinki-
Project Coordinator was attended the meeting in Helsinki and presentations about the workplan were made by the coordinator. Documents were sent to the promoter. The new workplan were discussed by the partners and a timetable were set.
Project Meeting Prato-
Project Coordinator, PE Teacher, Director and four students from Bilecik attended the meeting, PE Teacher made a speech at the International Conference, The project team attended the meeting with the partners and students attended the sports festival during two days. The presentations about the workplan were made by the coordinator. Documents were sent to the promoter. The new workplan were discussed by the partners and a timetable were set.
Project Coordinator from Bilecik Mustafa KAN attended an International Conferencein Gaziantep city organized by University of Gaziantep.
Outcomes:Project contract was signed by the director of our directorate with the director from the promoter.
Activity and dissemination reports were being prepared and were uploaded to the portal soon.
