This section allows a constant communication and sharing of information among the project partners as far as the activities for the different intellectual outputs are concerned.

Each project partner uploads to this section on a three month basis.

Objectives of activities carried out:
All Project partners carried out the following activities:
• Participation in transnational meetings of the steering committee
• In progress reporting activities and delivery of yearly reports at progress and final stage
• Financial reporting
• Constant sharing of approaches, solutions, deliverables produced
• Circulation of information through e-mails and Skype

The project work have been organized according to a structured and clear activity plan. The plan describes each of the foreseen Phases and Transversal Activities organized according to objectives of the phases, activities to be carried out, formats for the carrying out of these activities and expected results.
For every Phase and Transversal Activity a clear definition of time schedule is made, indicating intermediate and final deadlines for carrying out each of the section’s activities and delivering the expected outcomes.
Also, for every phase a detailed definition of partners’ involvement and specific roles will be made.

Templates to be used to carry out each of the project activities have been developed.

The tool used for project management have been uploaded on the project website.

The project Financial Management include the following activities:

- Support each of the project partners in the project financial management and in the production of financial reports
- Check of the financial reports produced by each of the project partners  
- Production of the financial report of the project to be submitted to the European Commission.
Description of activities carried out:
Pixel produced all the material for all partners' meeting. Pixel organized, hosted and managed, in cooperation with the promoter of the project, the kick off partners' meeting.

Pixel organised:
- in cooperation with the French partner the second partners' meeting held in Paris on 09 - 10 July 2015.
- in cooperation with the Finnish partner the third partners' meeting held in Helsinki on 31 March - 1 April 2016.
- in cooperation with the project promoter the final meeting held in Prato on 28 October 2016.

1. The venue of the partner meeting has been prepared
2. An accommodation was given to all the partners attending the meeting
3. Information was given about the meeting practicalities and the city by preparing documentation.
4. The meeting folder was developed and the folder was then printed and distributed to the partners.
5. The project presentation was created using MS PowerPoint and was introduced during the meeting.
6. Inside the meeting folder was added a Calendar of Activities, an instrument for all partners to have a complete and resumed view over the activities of the project in all its length.
7. After the meeting, detailed minutes were prepared about what has been said and decided. A full list of annexes was also produced, some updating the drafts presented during the meeting while others were started from scratch.
8. The minutes and the annexes were then sent to the partners via email and uploaded on the web site.

Pixel took care of the transnational co-ordination and supervision of each activity to be carried by the partners, by creating a calendar of activities with established deadlines and mailing lists to manage each time period. Pixel produced and contributed to the production of forms to be used for the project activities and project management. For every activity Pixel sent the project partners the needed material, reminded the deadlines, answered the questions over any kind of issue, collected the produced material and uploaded it on the project portal.

Evaluation of the work undertaken:
The work carried out so far has been satisfactory.
The reasons that allow a positive evaluation are the results of the questionnaire for the evaluation of the meeting and of the project that was filled in by the partners after the meeting.
The analysis of questionnaire could measure the satisfaction of all partners for the results achieved during the project lifetime, during the meeting and for the informal meeting opportunities during the social events
The activities have been carried out by all the partners respecting the deadlines.
