Objectives of activities carried out:
All Project partners will carry out the following activities:
• Participation in transnational meetings of the steering committee
• In progress reporting activities and delivery of yearly reports at progress and final stage
• Financial reporting
• Constant sharing of approaches, solutions, deliverables produced
• Circulation of information through e-mails and skype
Description of activities carried out:
Preparation of the contractual documents for the coordinator; discussion of the resources that will be named for the project.
Petra has participated the kick off meeting in Italy. She prepared presentations for the meeting and reported about the results of the meeting when got back to Omnia.
Regular meetings with Kati and Petra during spring and summer: organisation of the work and common meetings with Omnia's networks as part of the dissemination of the project.
Continuous financial follow up (monthly) carried out by the financial project assistant.
Continuous circulation of information via e-mails, especially with the coordinator

Regular meetings and planning continues among Kati and Petra: the work carried out is regularly evaluated and new steps planned. The objectives of the project have been acieved until now.

Financial reporting for Pixel + some corrections to the report. Qualitative reports to the coordinator.
Regular meetings in Omnia (Kati + Petra + Qing, the project assistant), follow up of the realisation of the budget.

Preparations for the 3rd transnational meeting in Finland. Organisation of the meeting 31.3.-1.4.2016.
Continuos communication with the coordinator, but fewer problems to solve after the 3rd meeting.
Preparations for the final meeting in Prato in October.
Reporting procedures and general follow up of the financial issues.
Participation in the last meeting in Prato in October, 2016 together with 4 students from Omnia's sports study program and with two teachers. Kati and Petra were responsible of reporting of Omnia's activities from the previous working period.
Progress reports from the last Project period have been delivered and the final financial report has been sent to the coordinator.
Outcomes:
The financial follow up is updated monthly.
Meetings and Skype discussions with potential associated partners.
Project management up to date.
The project was presented and the associations were invited to join the project. Inofrmative e-mailing was sent to the participants after the meeting.
Reports to the coordinator.
Meeting procedures, information and other arrangements.
3rd partner meeting in Finland.
4th partner meeting in Italy + students involved in the sports event there.
Reports.
Evaluation of the work undertaken:
Evertyhing seems to be in order.
The project has been driven to the end, all reports have been delivered to the coordinator.
