Activity concerned:Transversal Activity 3: Quality and Monitoring Plan
Objectives of activities carried out:The Quality Assurance process will include both an internal and an external evaluation as well as on the production of a Quality Plan.
The quality control approach also includes a strategy for the control on the budget and the production of a Financial Manual.
Finally, the potential risks have been identified and a strategy to prevent and, where necessary, resolve them has been identified.
All partners will be actively involved in the activity to ensure the quality of the project, as well as its monitoring and evaluation.
Also an external evaluator will be involved.
Each partner will provide:
- 1 progress and 1 final evaluation questionnaire filled in
- 1 progress and 1 final national evaluation report

Description of activities carried out:The financial follow up is carried out monthly. The quality plan consists also of considering the most important partners (both schools and associated parnters) and of getting them interested in participating the project activities.

Evaluation of the work undertaken:The quality of the work and of the results is evaluated on a regular basis by Kati and Petra. The work carried out until the end of March, 2016, has proved to be succesful and meaningful.
We are looking forward for a summary of partners' progress reports. It would be interesting to hear the other partners' comments. This progress report has not been presented and discussed among the partnership.
The Project goes on smoothly. The Finnish team works together in a good way. Everyone knows their tasks and responsibilities.
