Objectives of activities carried out:

The preparatory activity has the aim to produce all the documents which are necessary to start with all the other project phases.

The objectives of this section are to define and agree within the partnership a clear, consistent and complete workplan and the methods, processes and tools to ensure the feasibility of the activities and the achievement of the expected results.

In particular, tha activites carried out have been:
• Creation and joint approval of a detailed calendar of the activities.
• Creation of the tools to be used to perform the activities
• Creation of the the Project Portal
• Planning of the communication strategy
• The reporting strategy will be discussed and agreed upon among the project partnership

Description of activities carried out:

Common understanding of the goals and tasks of the proejct. Reception of the calendar of activities. Translations of the portal.
E-mails with the coordinator about the updates, work progress etc.
This activity has been accomplished.

Outcomes:

Portal translations in Finnish. Beginning of the work for project tasks in Omnia. Getting to know the partners of the project, common understanding of the goals, tasks and outcomes.

Evaluation of the work undertaken:

The communication is clear. We hope that there is enough time for common discussion and planning of the next steps at the second meeting in Paris.

The communication and instructions have been very clear during the project period. All partners were very talented and expressed high professional understanding and skills.
