Activity concerned:Transversal Activity 3: Quality and Monitoring Plan
Objectives of activities carried out:The Quality Assurance process will include both an internal and an external evaluation as well as on the production of a Quality Plan.
The quality control approach also includes a strategy for the control on the budget and the production of a Financial Manual.
Finally, the potential risks have been identified and a strategy to prevent and, where necessary, resolve them has been identified.
All partners will be actively involved in the activity to ensure the quality of the project, as well as its monitoring and evaluation.
Also an external evaluator will be involved.
Each partner will provide:
- 1 progress and 1 final evaluation questionnaire filled in
- 1 progress and 1 final national evaluation report

Description of activities carried out:CKZiU Nr 1 - OKUN evaluated four partner meetings.
We also elaborated the evaluation form in order to assess the project portal. The school directors, teachers and students were asked to give their feedback (totally 49 respondents).
Our institution produced the progress evaluation report.
We translated into Polish and updated the evaluation questionnaires spread among the participants of the workshops for teachers and sport event - both initiatives implemented in the framework of the 3rd phase of the project. The evaluation results were processed according to the format provided by the coordinator.
We collected 10 testimonials that specified strong points of the project.

Evaluation of the work undertaken:CKZiU Nr 1 - OKUN was satisfied with the partner meetings. The opinions of the project portal collected by means of the evaluation questionnaire are positive. The Progress and Final Evaluation Reports were delivered on time. The evaluation results of the workshops and sport event are satisfactory. The teachers and experts' opinions about the NOFP project confirm utility and good quality of the project results.
