Objectives of activities carried out:
The main aim of the sustainability activity is ensure the most appropriate impact of the project on each target group and the ensuring of the sustainability of the project after the end of the funding period.

The strategy to guarantee the project’s sustainability will be based on 5 main activities:

1) Involvement of the project beneficiaries

2) Involvement of key actors.
Public authories in charge of education have already joined the project as associated partners (e.g. two Regional Offices for Public Education of Tuscany and Liguria in Italy , Regional school inspectorate of Iasi in Romania, Directorate of Education of Inhisar in Turkey, Department of education of the Scottish Government, Regional Branch National Health System in Scotland, Dept of Education of Angus Municipality also in Scotland, Dept of Education of Gdansk Municipality in Poland).

3) Maintenance of the project outcomes.
Both the project coordinator and its partners are committed to maintain the project Portal for at least 5 years after the end of the EU funding period. They are committed to continuously update the portal with the latest information and material in order to keep the portal alive.

4) Insertion of the project outcomes into public and private in-service training offer for school teachers

5) Organization, in the years to come, of training initiatives and events in the field.

All partners will be required to carry out sustainability activities.
Description of activities carried out:
CKZiU Nr 1 - OKUN translated all the required materials into Polish (forms, brochure, project portal)

Links to the portal have been inserted on many websites (including local media and partner institutions' sites)

Contact with local educational authorities and national sport authorities have been taken.
The Progres Exploitation Report was produced and sent to the coordinator.

The Associated Partner Letters have been signed by ten institutions, among them Gdańsk Academy of Physical Education and Sport Pomeranian Federation of Sport. The agreement with the associated partners has been reached concerning common training events and incorporation of the project outcomes into the sport organizations’ training offer as well as curriculum of the university.

CKZiU Nr 1- -OKUN produced the programme of two new in-service teacher trainings for the school year 2016/17. They will be conducted by our teachers methodological advisers and base on the project toolkits. The titles of the trainings: “How to Motivate Students Only Interested in Sport to Improve their School Performances?” and “How to Mobilize Students who Are not Active at PE Classes?”

The Final Exploitation Report was produced and sent to the coordinator.

III. 18 exploitation links to the project portal on various sport organizations and educational institutions' websites

IV. The Progres and Final Exploitation Report were produced.

V. The programme of two in-service teacher trainings based on the project toolkits incorporated into the educational offer of CKZiU Nr 1 - OKUN
Evaluation of the work undertaken:
The Final Exploitation Report was produced and sent to the coordinator.
We appreciate the project results (toolkits) which will be used as innovative didactic materials at PE teacher trainings organized by our institution.
