This section allows a constant communication and sharing of information among the project partners as far as the activities for the different intellectual outputs are concerned.

Each project partner uploads to this section on a three month basis.

Objectives of activities carried out:
In the Phase 1of the project partners are involved in "Capitalising of success stories and best practices".
This section is based on the selection of best practices at transnational level contributing to the promotion of awareness of the importance of sport at school, to the social inclusion at school through sport, to an ethical approach to sport, to a better knowledge of all sports.
The selected best practices will be used as reference and inspiration.

The results of this activity are:
• The creation of a network of teachers and students in the 10 project countries
• The collection of case studies of students who successfully managed to balance their school work with their passion for sport
• The collection of best practices project and initiatives for raising awareness of the importance of sport in upper-secondary schools.
Description of activities carried out:
Datini received and translated into Italian the following forms:

1.A - School Participation Form;
1.B - School Participation Letter;
1.C - Role of the School.doc;
P1.D – Case Studies Template;
P1.E – Best Practice Projects and Initiatives Template.

In order to find stories, projects and best practices , IPS Datini invited:
Roberto Bellocci physical education teacher and coordinator of the Project,
Elisabetta Faggi trains physical education teachers and initiative in the local and regional area.

After a workgroup with the Datini Staff , at the moment had been chosen 12 best practices, two of them had been presented at the kick off meeting in Florence 14-15 may 2015-
IPS Datini has reviewed and uploaded 12 initiatives, underlining best practices connected not only with local area, but with a bigger dimension in erms of persons and associations involved.
Outcomes:
Twelve initiatives uploaded and reviewed on the portal in English.
Translation in NAtional Language of FORMS, in order to give to other schools for collecting projects and best practices.
Involved and associated in the Project 5 secondary schools.
Evaluation of the work undertaken:
Schools responded well to this project and gladly proposed initiatives. Three have been involved as associated school with all letters filled and sent to the Project Promoter.
This step has been concluded , all objective had been reached.
