CKZiU Nr 1 – OKUN involved 5 secondary level schools from Gdańsk in the project implementation. The directors signed the School Participation Letters, the PE and other subjects teachers volunteered to take part in the project activities.
At the beginning of June we organized a meeting with the representatives of all the partner schools (school directors and teachers involved - totally 18 people). During the meeting the presentation about the project and meeting in Florence was showed and the project issues were discussed as well as the translated into Polish project documents were spread. Participants were also familiarized with the closest project deadlines. Each school made a commitment to provide one example of the best practice till the first deadline. Besides, the participants discussed about the students to be described as study cases.
During the next meetings with the representatives of the partner schools the project progress was reported and future project tasks were discussed.
Outcomes:
5 partner schools involved
14 initiatives uploaded on the portal
3 study cases uploaded on the portal
Evaluation of the work undertaken:
The schools showed interest in the project implementation and its results. The task was completed according to the workplan. We agreed that the reward for the involved teachers would be a great motivating factor. The process of collecting the best initiatives and practices resulted in making contacts with many sport and educational organizations. Some of them joined our project as Associated Partners. The task is accomplished.
