1) Involvement of the project beneficiaries, students, teachers, directors and parents from schools.
2) Involvement of key actors in project activities.
Public authories in charge of education and sports have already joined the project as associated partners They are Bilecik İl Özel İdarespor(the biggest football club in province), Bilecik Belediyespor Basketbol Kulübü(a basketball club competing in national leagues), Bilecik Gençlik Hizmetleri ve Spor İl Müdürlüğü( Provincial directorate on Sport and Youth), Bilecik Özel Hatem Anadolu Lisesi( A private academic high school giving scholarships for students who are good at sport), Bilecik amatör Spor Kulüpleri Federasyonu ( a federation gethering 33 sports clubs in Province)
3) Maintenance of the project outcomes.
Both the project coordinator and its partners are committed to maintain the project Portal till the end of the project period.
4) Insertion of the project outcomes into public and private in-service training offer for school teachers
5) Organization of training initiatives and events in the field of sport.

On 29th September 2016 Teachers Workshop was organized in Bilecik Vocational and Technical High Schools Teacher Training Class.
There were 17 Teachers in the workshop.
9 PE teachers
7 other subject teachers
1 Director
from 11 schools and institutions attended the workshop
Bilecik MEM organized Sports Festival ‘Spor Şenliği’ with 10 partner schools at Bilecik Seyh Edebali High School Sports hall.
10 schools
120 students,
12 PE teachers,
10 other subject teachers,
2 directors attended the Sports Festival.
The students played;
-Orienteering
-Dart
-Bocce
-Streetball
-Skating
-Badmington
-Table tennis
-Football
Photos,videos, signatures of participants were taken.
Their reviews and comments were filmed.
A short movie of the event will be available soon.
After an all day sports activity students and teachers were tired but happy.
