Description of Dissemination Event:
The conference & workshop: "HOW TO COPE WITH STRESS?" was held UNDER THE PATRONAGE OF THE POMERANIAN SCHOOL SUPERINTENDENT in the framework of the NOFP project. PROMOTIONAL ACTIVITIES PRECEDING THE CONFERENCE: preparing the posters, sending the information / invitation (to the schools, to the partner schools, to the associated partners, to the teachers-counsellors, to the participants of the workshops which concerned a related topics), the announcement of the conference (in the online news service: GDANSK.NASZEMIASTO.PL, on the websites, on the Facebook fanpages). ORGANIZERS: Teachers’ Continuing Education Institution and Gdansk University of Physical Education and Sport (associated partner) PLACE: Gdansk University of Physical Education and Sport. THE CONFERENCE PROGRAM: welcoming the guests by the Rector of the Gdansk University of Physical Education and Sport and by the Director of OKUN, presentation of the NOFP project (its aims, target groups, partners, associated partners, main activities, results, incl. network of schools, database of students’ success stories, database of best practices, toolkits), gathering participants' opinions on teaching materials developed in the project, discussion (on the results of the project, sport and education issues), sharing opinions and experiences, evaluation of the part of the conference related with NOFP project, speech by the Vice-Dean of the Gdansk University of Physical Education and Sport on coping with stress at school, in sports and in everyday life and workshops carried by employees of the Tourism and Recreation Department.

- Conference participants were given the information about the NOFP project (incl. its results).
- Conference participants had the opportunity to familiarize with the NOFP website.
- Conference participants had the opportunity to read the toolkits.
- Every participant was given to fill: "Workshop evaluation questionnaire" and "Comment form for toolkit".
